Founding Families Offer
Limited Availability
Families who enroll during the current 2025/2026 academic year may benefit from Founders’ Fees, which can also be applied for the next academic year, subject to availability.
Founders’ Fees are offered to recognise our early families and provide preferential tuition positioning during the school’s growth phase.
This offer is available for a limited time and subject to confirmation.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees vary by year group and are reviewed annually.
· All fees are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
· VAT (15%) applies in accordance with Saudi regulations (VAT does not apply to Saudi nationals)
· Full fee tables are shared during the admissions process
· For personalised fee information, families are encouraged to contact the Admissions Team.
Parent Referral Programme
Families who successfully refer another family to Brooke House College Riyadh may receive:
· SAR 2,500 tuition fee credit per referred family
Please note:
· Credit is applied to future tuition fees
· Non-cash and non-transferable
· Cannot be combined with other discounts
Siblng Discount
Families benefit from a 5% sibling discount for the second and subsequent child
Corporate Discounts
Corporate discounts may be available on regular tuition fees, subject to approval.
· Maximum corporate discount: up to 15%
· Founders’ Fees are already discounted
· Corporate discounts do not apply on top of Founders’ Fees
· We work with Al Rajhi Bank, Flow Riyadh Compound, Rize, SAB Bank, Qiddiya, STC, Aramco, and Tasheer.
· Please contact our Admissions Team to confirm whether your company is eligible.
Seat Reservation for the Next Academic Year
Families wishing to secure a place and lock in Founders’ Fees for the following academic year may be offered a seat reservation option.
· SAR 5,000 fixed, non-refundable reservation fee
· Payable by April
· Secures a place for the next academic year
· Separate from tuition fees

Assessment Fee
As part of the admissions process, families are required to pay an assessment fee of 1,000 SAR before the student’s assessment.
The assessment helps us understand each child’s academic level, learning needs, and readiness for the year group applied for. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
